Step 1
- Right-click (ctrl-click on one button mouse) on the SnapYap Applet and select
"Settings..."

- Click the

- Make sure
 is selected

Step 4
- Select your Camera Input from the list of Cameras

Still having trouble?
- Check your Video Camera input, make sure it's connected to the computer
- Try closing all other applications and browser windows that may be using the Video Camera.
