Video Troubleshooting

No Video?

Step 1

  • Right-click (ctrl-click on one button mouse) on the SnapYap Applet and select

    "Settings..."

Step 2

  • Click the icon
  • Make sure is selected

Step 3

  • Click on the icon

Step 4

  • Select your Camera Input from the list of Cameras


Still having trouble?
  • Check your Video Camera input, make sure it's connected to the computer
  • Try closing all other applications and browser windows that may be using the Video Camera.
  • Try our Feedback Form. We're new: it could be a bug, let us know so we can investigate.
